Melissa has a Master of Science in Communicative Disorders from California State University and is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). She has experience working in schools, home health and different clinic settings, and is passionate about Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) to help individuals and families with complex communication needs. She believes in delivering meaningful experiences for clients by creating an environment that is encouraging, supportive, and client-led to honor everyone’s unique communication strengths and needs. Over the last 12 years Melissa has moved around the country as a military spouse. As a Kennesaw, Georgia native, she is thrilled to be back in the community with her husband and three children.
